The French Guys is a bakery dedicated to bringing our favorite French breads, pastries, and desserts to the Seattle community, from the iconic croissant to our countryside classics. Since our founding in 2020, our mobile bakery has grown to a full-fledged production serving twelve farmers markets in the summer, four in the winter, and over fifteen wholesale partners across Seattle. Our location in Capitol Hill is open seven days a week and our U-Village storefront will open in Spring 2025. It’s this combination of premium locally-sourced ingredients, expert techniques, and a deep love for our home that creates our quintessential French Guys experience.
