Temple Pastries is about passion. Our first rule is simple: “Monocultures are boring.” This matters because the biodiversity of yeasts in sourdough cultures matters. So we use different types of flour, like buckwheat, rye, and whole wheat. When you eliminate monoculture, you create diversity.
