Hello and welcome to our Gluten Free bakery. We are Shan and Trisha, two best friends of over 30 years, and we are realizing our dream of having our own bakery. Shan's daughter was diagnosed with Celiac disease over 15 years ago and since then, The Dabs have been working on perfecting our recipes, and are excited to share our delicious homemade gluten free baked goodies. We work hard to ensure our gluten free baked goods are not dry and tasteless by using quality ingredients, like pure cane raw sugars, honey and many organic products.
