Nectar Bakery is a creative project founded by Camila Vargas. Inspired by the many years she lived in Colombia and Venezuela, Camila incorporates Latin American gastronomy, family traditions, and exotic flavors to every baked good. Baking seven days a week, Nectar offers a selection of delicious mini desserts for special events, cakes, and a broad menu of their best seller cookies: Alfajores (traditional South American cookie made out of two cookies with a creamy filling sandwiched in between, dusted with powder sugar or covered with chocolate.) For Nectar, satisfaction comes from creating baked goods using high-quality ingredients and satisfying the sweet cravings of their customers.
