Moontower Bakery is a cottage food service providing long-fermented sourdough breads and other artisan bakery items. With a changing weekly menu of products made with organic, freshly-milled ancient grains, customers are able to pick up orders at the garage bakery (operated under the Texas Cottage Food Law)! Be sure to pre-order on the website by Thursday night for the weekend bake!
