Here at Dracula's Chimney Cakes, we bake a 300-year-old Transylvanian product called: chimney cake. It’s a slightly sweet yeast dough that we wrap around a wood rolling pin and then it gets baked overheat. When the cake is baked, it will have a golden brown color, crispy on the outside and soft & fluffy on the inside. It can be sweet or savory or savory with meat.
