We are a 100% dedicated gluten-free bakery! WE BAKE EVERYTHING FRESH PREORDERS ONLY! We are safe for the most serious celiacs and 24-8 we are the ones you come see for some yummy pastries! We took over Dream Bakery recipes and added some of our own new and nostalgic tasty treats and they are so delicious gluten-free or not! We have flaky buttery croissants, Brisket Beef Wellington with Portabella mushroom duxelle, soft pretzels, sausage and cheese kolaches, gooey cinnamon rolls, cream cheese danishes with jam made locally by Brenham Kitchens, our toaster pastries, and so much more!
