The Educated Chef makes eight flavors of Sourdough bread including my true standouts, Hot Pepper-Cheese Sourdough and 30% whole wheat Multi-Seed Sourdough. With weekly appearances in farmers markets and participation in local events, like Taste of the Hudson Valley, Poughkeepsie Yacht Club and Dutchess Chamber Leadership Class, my bread is well-known and universally loved.
