Our heirloom baking techniques date back over 100 years. The 2008 financial led Leslie Noble to having to go back to her roots to save our farm. A sign saying “Turn Back for Pie” and a picnic table was the very beginning of our journey as Noble Pies. Since then, we have sold our pies both regionally and nationwide. Our story is still evolving, as we continue working towards providing high quality pies to more of the general public. Our pies stand out because they do not contain any vegetable oils, palm oils, preservatives, or canned filling. Our artisan pies contain very low amounts of sugar, since we let the natural sugars from the sustainably grown fruit we source do most of the work. We use high quality flour. Each and every pie con
