Knead Love bakes gluten-free sourdough breads, cookies, and other treats using hand-milled, locally-sourced ingredients. Our goods are available at GrowNYC Greenmarkets in Manhattan and Brooklyn. We are at UNION SQUARE GREENMARKET every Wednesday from 8-3 We are at MCCARREN PARK (WILLIAMSBURG) at Driggs Avenue and Union every Saturday from 8-2 We are at FORT GREENE (Washington Park between DeKalb and Myrtle, along the park) every Saturday from 8-2. Each item is made to order and fermented up to 24 hours. Orders for pick-up and shipping need to be placed two days before your ship/pick-up date to allow us to proof and bake your bread. For all nationwide UPS shipping, please order by 5 pm SUNDAY for our TUESDAY ship date.
