Kindred Bakery BK is a social enterprise bringing together people of all ages, skills, and backgrounds to explore artisanal baking. Founded by the parents of a young man with Autism, we’re on a mission to provide hands-on, skill-building experiences in a welcoming space that celebrates learning, creativity, and connection. Operating from a shared kitchen in the Flatbush Central Caribbean Marketplace, we craft high-quality baked goods for wholesale, retail, and catering. Through our STEAM- and SEL-based programs, we blend baking science, teamwork, and resilience. We also offer school programming, group classes, and corporate team-building sessions, fostering creativity, connection, and compassion with every loaf and pastry we create.
