To honor their mother’s baking artistry, the children of Hungarian-born Chana Green opened the famous Mrs. Green’s Baked Goods Store in Brooklyn. Today Green’s Bakery continues her tradition of making all-Kosher hand-crafted babkas filled with the finest ingredients and baked with love. Since then, babka has held a place of honor among landmark New York bakeries and gourmet shops.
