With a name inspired by the Croton Dam in Cortlandt, New York, these vegan sourdough Dam Good™ English Muffins are made from all-natural, soy-free ingredients and contain no preservatives. After a cold fermentation, they're griddled like pancakes in a thin layer of avocado oil. Once fork-split and toasted, they have a crispy outside and a chewy inside making them great for sandwiches, burgers, melts, pizzas, toast, and Benedicts.
