Welcome to Trigo [pronounced "tree-go"] "Trigo" in Spanish means wheat or grain and that is our focus as a whole grain bakery, farm store and community cafe that specializes in handmade baked goods using freshly-milled organic and local flours. As long time members of Adirondack Harvest, we're 100% committed to supporting local food and farms in the Adirondacks. As a community-driven space, we look forward to hosting baking classes and farm to table dinners. Check our event schedule for updates.
