Our core belief: good food is simple. 100% of our bread is organic. 92% of our sourdough ingredients and 85% of the challah ingredients are grown within 200 miles of Troy, NY. In addition to feeding our neighbors with good food, it is our mission to support the local food network. Our bread is made-to-order. Simply place your order on aniccabakery.com; we'll send you a notification when your order is ready to pick up at Alias Coffee in Troy. We typically need one full day to prep the bread. For example, if you place an order on Mon, we'll prepare the dough on Tues, and bake it Wed morning.
