The Trolley Stop Bakery (formerly The Baker's Hub) is a Co-Op bakery featuring numerous artisan bakers in a shared kitchen. Our bakers are serving up everything from old-fashioned strudels, macarons, pies, and cookies, to gooey butter cake, flavored mixed nuts, quiche, bread pudding, gluten-free and vegan desserts.
