Artisanal Sourdough bakery and school where out of this world sourdough breads are crafted in a state-of-the-art kitchen housed in our newly built traditional country schoolhouse. All our breads contain a 1/3 or more in-house freshly milled heirloom whole grains (prebiotics) and levain (probiotics) to support gut health (Microbiome). Each bread, treat or class purchase gives back financially to feeding programs in our community! Our bakery is set in a serene, peaceful, beautiful country setting. It is the perfect place to bring a friend, family or make a friend at one of our small classes and feel welcomed, loved, peaceful and unplug while you enjoy baking.
