Tropicake Chicago specializes in classic Filipino pastries such as Mungo, Hopia, Ensaymada, Pan de Coco, Mamon, Spanish Bread and more. We also have extensive experience with wedding and specialty cakes along with French and American pastries. Chef Erma has extensive experience working in vegan restaurants, so has accumulated Gluten free, vegan and other special recipes and expertise. we can meet by appointment during winter of 2024, 2025. Our pastries are sold at Necessary and Sufficient coffee on demand. Order via the website and pick up at the coffee shop. We also have a booth in all South Loop Farmer's Markets (Printer's Row, Roosevelt Collection, and Water Tower Place).
