We’re Nova Bakery, and we’ve been a Mexican bakery here in Blue Island, IL, since 2012. We specialize in wedding cakes, and we're featured in many of the surrounding areas' banquet halls. We also offer fresh baked bread, custom cakes, wholesale orders, conchas, galletas, pan dulce, and much more. We started this business because we have over 20 years of baking experience, and we believe in baking with love. We’re looking forward to partnering with Mokena, Posen, and Evergreen Park consumers to continue to offer a premier Mexican bakery experience.
