We are a gluten-free bakery. The idea for Valley’s began to take shape in 2016, driven by our family’s struggles with severe gluten intolerance & limited gluten-free dining options available. We decided to add baking and pastry to our chemistry & business backgrounds and moved to Europe to train with masters of these crafts. Once ready we would create a space for families with gluten-free needs to enjoy foods that fit their dietary needs without compromising flavor. We believe in building a community around gluten-free cuisine, where people can connect, share stories, & celebrate diverse flavors.
