About

Bakery Four specializes in European style viennoiserie and west coast style sourdough. Options range from classic croissants using 100% pure French cultured butter and flour to cookies, scones, baguettes, and so much more. The full espresso bar within the bakery serves our own house coffee, Wavy Days, roasted and blended exclusively for us right here in Denver. We also have periodically rotating sandwiches, flatbreads, and specialty items in our retail cooler that are crafted fresh daily. We have been voted best of Denver by the community 3 times in 3 years through Westword and 5280 magazine, and Shawn (owner and head baker) was voted best baker by Starchef magazine in 2022.
