Veroma Italian Artisan Bakery is a San Diego-based bakery specializing in high-quality pizza crusts and Italian breads. We deliver excellent quality you can taste by honoring and respecting the time and effort it takes to make high-quality baked products. All of our doughs are mixed with a natural mother yeast culture (sourdough) and biga (preferment), and are long fermented for 24-72 hours. This longer dough process results in a tastier and more easily digestible final product. Everything is also rolled and stretched by hand—we strongly believe in the artisan touch!
