We are a small plant based bakery located in beautiful downtown Saratoga. We offer sweet and savory buns including Hong Kong classics like, green onion buns, pineapple buns, and egg(less) tarts. We also offer an array of croissant items, including the custard and chocolate croissant, and a mushroom spinach croissant. We use as many organic ingredients as possible. We make our own homemade butters for our croissants and cookies. Each week is a labor of love and takes 50+ hrs to prepare. Pastries are baked the morning of service for ultimate freshness.
