I started LEXINGTON BAKES in 2022 because I got tired of bakeries claiming to use "only the best ingredients" and later finding out they just use the cheapest. That's why I started my bakery with a guiding principle of Radical Ingredient Transparency®, where we list every single ingredient brand we use. So you never have to wonder, "what's in this?" or "why is it the best?". And with a promise of No Naughty Ingredients®, you can have your dessert and enjoy it too!
