Halfbaked is a cottage bakery specializing in small-batch sweets and breads. We got the name Halfbaked because we also sell par-baked goodies for you to finish off and enjoy fresh baked at home. Everything is scratch made, from the caramel in the carmelitas to the jam in the blueberry pie cookies, and all ingredients are top quality and locally sourced when possible. Halfbaked is a licensed cottage bakery in Ventura.
