I am a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over a decade of experience in the making cakes and pastries. I get my inspiration from Italian, French, Russian and American Desserts. I am also trained in multiple forms of cake decorating including pulled and blown sugar, fondant, air brush and figurine making. I can make completely custom designs or copy any design you find online.
