El Gallito Bakery’s founders grew up enjoying the rich variety of cakes, pastries, and bread which are household staples in Mexico. They created El Gallito Bakery to bring authentic Mexican flavors to the United States. Our products are made with all-natural fresh ingredients, without the use of lard, or artificial preservatives. For those who desire traditionally baked Mexican products, one will enjoy visiting our bakery. When you close your eyes and inhale, you will literally taste these freshly baked products.
