BLUEM (pronounced bloom) is a cottage licensed bakery in Malibu, run by Jenefer Taylor. Every olive oil cake order is custom made. She works directly with each client, creating organic desserts decorated with flowers, including bluems from her garden. All cakes can be made gluten-free.
